County Posters Mug
MARC KEELAN-BISHOP works from a small studio with a big window, gazing out over the Bay of Quinte in Prince Edward County, Ontario, where he’s lived and raised a family for over 15 years.

His work lives at the intersection of storytelling and clarity — combining the journalist’s instinct to absorb, distill, and prioritize information with the illustrator’s eye for metaphor, visual code, and memorable detail.

Today, Marc creates infographics, illustrated posters, murals, and learning tools that make complex ideas simple — and simple ideas unforgettable.

Marc is the creator of two well-known poster series: County Posters and 400 Years of Franco-Ontarian Rebels.

His clients include educational institutions, non-profit organizations, small businesses, municipalities, and both provincial and federal governments.

Marc’s illustration career began when he was dragooned for school-dance-poster duty. It evolved via school papers and journalism school, took a small detour through television, and landed in the then-brand-new World Wide Web. At TVOkids.com, Marc provided creative muscle to an experimental team tasked with mining this new medium for its educational potential, beating out companies like Disney and PBS for prestigious awards.
